About this Nominee
Hello! My name is MJ Coleman and I am a business coach and podcast co-host. I help business owners and management maximize their time by creating systems in their business and find the leverage they need to be successful. I am a serial entrepreneur whose business journey began at age 10, which was a drive up Kool-Aid stand in front of my house. I have started several small businesses throughout my life including two state licensed Child Care businesses and a custom Tiki Bar construction company. My most successful business to date is the Keller Williams Real Estate office that my partner and I launched in 2010. In 2019 I sold my share in the office to follow my passion and pursue a career in coaching.
As a Business MAPS Coach I guide business owners in a variety of industries through systems and models that were used to create multi-million dollar businesses and keep them growing and profitable. My goal is to help them develop their own systems and leverage that they need to have a business that funds their ideal life.
